Our Staff in Training (SIT) program is designed for teens ready to take the next step, from camper to camp leader. We like to say “SIT” stands for “Summer in Transition” because it’s all about growing into new roles with confidence and enthusiasm. SITs will gain hands-on experience in leadership and counseling, working alongside our seasoned staff to learn what it takes to guide, support, and inspire younger campers. Through daily training workshops and mentorship, participants will develop skills in communication, responsibility, and teamwork. But it’s not all work, SITs still get to enjoy the magic of BB Camp with plenty of time for classic activities like tubing, ziplining, campfires, beach trips, and more. It’s the perfect blend of leadership training and summer fun.
